With a deep understanding of human behavior, she specializes in guiding individuals towards healthier relationships, personal growth, and professional success. She works with a personal mission of facilitating transformation of an individuals and organizations, beginning from the self. Mansi believes in a simple philosophy of Bhagwad Geeta which says "all wars are first fought in the mind, therefore it is in the mind that all wars must first be won".

Mansi worked with the corporates for five years after completing her M.B.A. Thereafter she decided to pursue her passion and did her masters in “ Psychology’. She is also a certified “Clinical Hypnotherapist” from California Hypnosis Institute ,USA. She is trained in "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy " and "Mindfulness". Mansi is an international teacher in Yoga and Meditation from Shivananda Yoga . She is also certified in Life & Leadership Coaching from "Coach For Life". She recently got certified in "Master Gita, Master Life" from Chinmaya Vishwavidypeeth, after which she also pursued an executive program on "Understanding Bhagwad Geeta - a journey towards leadership excellence" at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad
